    An avid traveler, Ruth has journeyed all over the world. If you need an idea for your next vacation, she can name a few options for you!

    Ruth is a Manager at ATKG, bringing 15 years of expertise in financial statements, assurance services, and litigation support. With prior experience in the Big Four and at a local firm, Ruth has a wealth of knowledge in real estate, construction, oil and gas, retail, and nonprofit industries.

    Ruth earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from Trinity University, graduating Cum Laude. The honors and awards haven’t stopped since college. She was named the 2017-2018 “Young CPA of the Year” by the San Antonio CPA Society and more recently received the 2021 “TXCPA Rising Star Award” from the Texas Society of CPAs. Ruth currently serves as a Director on the SACPA Board, is a Board Member of the Alamo Kiwanis Club, and serves on its Fiesta Del Noche and Clay Shoot committees.

    When she’s not at work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and can often be found entertaining family and friends at her home or working out weightlifting, boxing, or playing badminton.
