Kristina first joined us as a summer 2016 intern, and we liked her so much, we permanently added her to our team!

In 2017, Kristina graduated Cum Laude from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a double major, Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. If that wasn’t enough, she was also a member of Beta Alpha Psi. We aren’t sure how she balanced it all, but we are impressed! Her well-roundedness fits in perfectly at ATKG, as many of us wear multiple hats.

Luckily for ATKG, Kristina came to the firm with three years of experience in client service. She previously worked as a bookkeeper for a dental laboratory and already had exposure to the accounting world. It’s no wonder why she fits right in with our fun company culture!

In her spare time, Kristina is interested in photography, traveling, watching Spurs games (Go Spurs Go!), and baking all kinds of sweets, which is perfect for us foodies at the Firm! Kristina is also a fantastic swimmer. Fun fact: she was a competitive swimmer for 12 years and coached a summer league swim team for four years (anyone needs swim lessons?). If accounting didn’t exist (ha!), Kristina would have wanted to be a veterinarian because she is a huge animal lover.

‘‘Kristina is always available and willing to help me with important tax information my banks and investment firms request. It's like she works for us and is part of OUR team, as I generally loop her in on emails to get stuff done. Thank you!’’
