Kim Alaniz

Kim began her journey with ATKG as a Summer Intern in 2013 and has since grown to her current role as Manager.

An alumna of St. Mary’s University, Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude and in the Honors Program with her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and Master of Business Administration. She obtained her CPA license in August 2016.

During her time at ATKG, Kim has gained experience working in a variety of client industries, including real estate, construction, farm & ranch, and retail. Kim also specializes in cost segregation studies and is an Associate member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). Prior to her career at ATKG, Kim worked in the communications industry, gaining experience in intercompany and general ledger accounting.

Kim enjoys spending time and traveling with her family. She also loves staying active and taking her dogs, Coors and Whiskey, for long walks. Kim enjoys listening to music and attending concerts, especially Texas country music. She also enjoys rocking her cowboy boots and two-stepping around the dance floor.
