Katie joined ATKG in November 2018. A real Aggie, Katie obtained her Accounting and Business Honors Degree, as well as her Master’s in Finance from Texas A&M University. Along with being an AICPA and Texas Society of CPAs member, she also is a Young Professionals group member with University United Methodist Church.
San Antonio is home for Katie, but she did venture out to Dallas for four years after graduating from college. After getting married in San Antonio in December 2016, she and her husband decided it was time to come back to her hometown for good and we are glad they did!
In her spare time, Katie enjoys baking, spending time with friends and family, watching Aggie football (Gig ’em!), and traveling. Speaking of traveling, she and her husband, Will, recently went on their dream vacation to England and Scotland. They loved it so much, they hope to go back one day! (Do you think we can join them?). Although she does enjoy seeing the world, Katie tells us that Texas is her favorite state. It’s the only state she’s ever lived in and she hopes to live here forever!
