Chelsea is a member of ATKG’s Client Accounting Services team. She has 8 years of in-house accounting experience, having worked for a local concrete contractor. Industry expertise includes concrete and construction. Chelsea graduated from the University of Nevada with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy from the University of Nevada.
Softball has always been a part of Chelsea’s life. While in high school, she started a softball camp in memory of her grandmother, who passed from breast cancer. The proceeds raised were donated to the Susan G Komen Foundation to further research in the hopes of finding a cure. She went on to play Division 1 Softball while attending the University of Nevada. Currently, Chelsea plays competitively on the women and coed Slow-pitch teams. When asked how the teams were doing, she proudly responded, “Our women’s team is 4th in the state, and our coed team is 2nd in the state!”
When Chelsea is not busy assisting clients or playing slow-pitch ball, she enjoys being on the river with family or attending concerts with her husband. When asked to pick a favorite – beer or margarita. She told us a nice cold beer wins out. According to Chelsea, no matter how your day went, it cures it all. We couldn’t agree more!
