Bekah
Smith

Litigation Manager
Bekah spends her days chasing after her two-year-old, Chance, who is always on the move.

Bekah joined ATKG in the fall of 2022. She graduated from Georgia State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Bekah comes to our firm with 11 years of forensic accounting experience for various litigation, including marital matters, contract disputes, mass tort litigation, and business interruption/evaluation litigation.

Bekah is an avid reader and says the most used app on her phone is the kindle app. Along with reading, she also enjoys buying books (which is totally different from reading them). Bekah is passionate about ocean conservation, which makes sense since her favorite place is the beach. She cares deeply about all sea life and hopes that cleaning up the ocean will become more of a priority in the future.

When we asked Bekah who she admired, she confidently answered, “Future Bekah, because she is awesome.” We agree 100%, Bekah truly is awesome, and we are glad to have her on our team.
