As a Senior Manager at ATKG, Carrie plays a key leadership role with our clients as well as our team members.  Trusted and respected for her professional work, Carrie demonstrates true brilliance in managing client expectations and professorial wisdom in mentoring junior staff.  She asks the right questions, truly understands our clients’ businesses, and gets to know people beyond the basics.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M Kingsville, Carrie is a Certified Public Accountant who spent several years at a large firm before realizing ATKG is where she belongs. And we’re really glad she’s part of our team! Carrie has over 20 years of experience and is one of our resident go-to people for tax compliance, tax planning, estate planning, and not-for-profit issues.

When Carrie’s not in the office, she’s off on her quest to see everything the United States has to offer – national parks, historical sites – the list is long!  Just don’t let Carrie’s sweet smile fool you — she’s always armed and ready to tackle any task, whether it’s whipping up some delicious cinnamon rolls or carving out some tax reduction strategies for her clients, or as is usually the case — both!
