Brittany graduated from Texas Tech University, where she achieved being recognized on the President’s List all through undergrad. Having received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy from Texas Tech in 2014, you could say Brittany is a Red Raider through and through.
She brings a wealth of expertise to ATKG having worked for a Big Four and two Texas-based accounting firms. Brittany joined ATKG in 2019 and has experience working with clients needing both foreign and domestic tax law expertise. She is a frequent presenter to professional organizations where she discusses trending topics in accounting and tax.
When asked “What’s the best book you ever read?”, Brittany quickly responded, “The Internal Revenue Code!” That’s the moment a large gasp was heard across our entire firm. Luckily for us, she was just kidding. Brittany is an American literature fan, so Huckleberry Finn and The Grapes of Wrath top her list. When she’s not playing jokes on people, Brittany can be found either working on a DIY home improvement project or enjoying several outdoor activities, such as volleyball, horseback riding, wakeboarding or jet skiing. Brittany is the proud parent of a small clan of fur babies, including Ace, her labradoodle; Luna, a terrier mix; and Goose, her bichon poodle. Our guess is Brittany is greeted with happy barks and lots of dog kisses when she arrives home each day!
